All products in the Wilke Global suite are web-based applications accessed via the internet. Designed to work together seamlessly, our solution suite represents the culmination of our 30+ years of experience designing and implementing technology for consumer relations.
Each of Wilke Global’s applications are highly configurable through a lengthy list of configuration settings available to users.
Wilke Global’s ENLIGHT, INCITE and SMART are all multi-tenant systems. Each client’s data is segmented within partitions of a single database instance. As CRS systems may be customized this product remains a single tenant architecture.
Wilke Global applications provide a number of password management and security features, including:
- Maximum invalid login attempts
- Password length, format and history
- Disallowed passwords or fragments of passwords (ie “password”)
- Time between logins or password change
- Captcha requirement after invalid login attempts
In the application, administrators can implement a security feature that limits connectivity to the system based on a list of valid IP addresses. The application then discards all requests not coming from the listed IPs. Sensitive data is stored using industry standard cryptography.
Wilke Global solutions utilize UTF-8 character encoding, and thus any language can be entered by users and used in outgoing correspondence to consumers. The language preference of the application’s user is maintained separately from the language appropriate for each consumer contact. Currently, we have clients using our solutions in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Thai, Hebrew, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, German and many more languages.
A set of application APIs are standard in base products, providing the ability to import data through a standard web service, to import data through email or flat file import, to extract data for consumption by other systems, and to receive caller ID data from telephony systems.
Wilke Global applications provide data extractions in a variety of forms. Reports or outputs may be run in many different ways, with output from the reports downloaded directly to user PCs, received through email or transferred to another system. Similarly, standard imports can be utilized to bring in product sales data, consumer contact information or corporate product descriptions.
