With 35 years of hands on experience, Mike is one of the true pioneers in the field of consumer affairs technology. In addition to providing strategic leadership to Wilke Global, Mike brings his unparalleled expertise in consumer affairs software, work process, and automation to bear on our clients most challenging problems.
Chief Operating Officer
Matt oversees Wilke Global’s implementation efforts, infrastructure and our highly regarded support team. Prior to his current role Matt led many of our largest client migration and implementation efforts. Previously Matt conducted load testing, planning and statistical failure analysis of nuclear power plants. Matt holds undergraduate and graduate Engineering degrees from the Ohio State University.
Chief Innovation Officer
A veteran of the commercial software industry, Andrew spearheads the Wilke Global upstream innovation processes. Since helping create the first CRS system he has led software development, architecture and product management, evolved CRS from green screen to web and crafted the vision for ENLIGHT, INCITE and SMART. Andrew has also served as Director of R&D for Ultramain Systems and led a technology consulting firm.
Chief Marketing Officer
John joined Wilke Global as CMO in Fall 2015. Previously he held executive roles in consumer relations, social media, brand, and IT with P&G and Gillette. A past Board Member of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals, John has been a longtime advocate of consumer affairs as a brand building discipline. He earned a MBA from Cornell University and a BA from Colgate University.
Chief Technology Officer
Alan leads the Wilke Global software development, customization, and integration efforts. He spent a decade in various software development roles with Lucent Technologies and has been with Wilke Global for nearly twenty years, where he has led work across the entire spectrum of client requirements and WIlke applications. Alan received a Computer Information Systems degree from Devry University.
